This is officially the sickest fall/winter I've ever had. Damn, it's been a long day. got a bunch of auctions posted, and several things shipped, put in more than an hour at the humane society, and an appearance at spinners & weavers meeting. came home briefly, and than left again to do the 10-2 shift looking after the animals that evacuees have brought with them to he red cross shelter at McNeil High ( Read more... )

I forgot to mention, I got severely punctured by a cat at the shelter last week. Wound is healing nicely. I will take most of the blame for this one as I should have checked to make sure the other volunteer (who was restraining the already annoyed cat during the grooming process) knew what they were doing.
